HOW WE WORK
Our team of Property Sourcers will work through our extensive network of on and offline portals in your chosen location to find the best properties based on your precise accommodation requirements.
From the shortlisted selection, we conduct viewings on your behalf ensuring the rental property/ies meets the needs of your staff.
Once you have approved the rental property/ies we send you all the paperwork, legal documentation etc. to sign.
While all paperwork is being signed off, one of our property team will be progressing any referencing checks required. We handle everything from ensuring the appropriate certifications are in place right through to cutting keys for your workforce.
After all paperwork is signed off and a tenancy start date is confirmed, we will ensure you have all that’s required to make the property/ies a ‘home from home’ experience.
Our all-inclusive pricing cover all bills, utilities, taxes, licenses and costs meaning you have a single payment point for everything
We also give you telephone support for the entire duration of your stay whatever your query.
